GYPCON Casting Plaster is a premium quality, fine Gypsum Casting Plaster produced under German technology for casting work with various, selectable setting time in order to serve customers’ needs.

आवेदन

GYPCON Casting Plaster is designed for interior, fiberglass – reinforced cast cornices and architectural ornaments such as ceiling roses, corbels, caps, columns, pilasters, light sconces and vents. The casting process includes dispersing GYPCON Casting Plaster onto the scaled water, mixing it until becoming easily flowable consistency, pouring the mix into the mold, knocking the mold to expel bubbles, staying until it is set completely, then demolding and drying the cast to a strong piece work.

पैकेजिंग, भंडारण और शेल्फ जीवन

जिपकॉन कास्टिंग प्लास्टर 25 और 50 किलोग्राम में पैक किया गया है। नमी को रोकने के लिए प्लास्टिक इनर लाइनर के साथ पीपी बुना बैग। लंबे समय तक शेल्फ जीवन के लिए इसे सूखे इनडोर स्थान पर रखा जाना चाहिए। बिना खुली पैकेजिंग के सामान्य शेल्फ जीवन 1 वर्ष है।
